George and Dion did a fabulous job on my tile. I choose to get the glaze on top and it made my floors double in size. I had a party that night and I got multiple compliments on my floor. Thanks George.

This was the worst service ever.
Not only did he not clean our floors as pictured in his advertisement. He spoke about my husband and I in the most derogatory way possible by referring to us by the N word and calling us Negroes.
The photos on his page are misleading!!! I tried to resolve the issue. I even was willing to take 1/2 of my money back instead of all of it, which is what we deserve but Mr. George said there was nothing he could do to make it right. Coming back out to our house would yield the same result.
If you look at his page, it states they will restore and renew your tile to your satisfaction as well as respecting you. Well, we received neither, satisfaction or respect.
These photos are after my floor was “cleaned”….

Mr Klean Grout of Jacksonville's reply
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the grout cleaning service you recently received. We understand your disappointment with the results and your expectation that the grout would return to its original white state.
Upon close examination, it was evident that the grout had suffered from severe staining and discoloration due to extended neglect and poor maintenance over time. Unfortunately, in cases where grout has been deeply stained or permanently discolored, it may not be possible to fully restore it to its original state, even with professional cleaning services.
We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the outcomes of the service. Our advertisement aims to showcase the range of services we offer and the results that can be achieved in general scenarios. However, each cleaning situation is unique, and the condition of the grout can significantly impact the final result.
We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your expectations are met. We strive to be transparent about the limitations of cleaning procedures, especially when dealing with long-standing issues like deep grout stains.
If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss alternative solutions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your feedback is essential to us, and we are committed to addressing your needs to the best of our ability.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you further.
Best regards
