- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for tree pruning and removal services. There is a minimum charge of $400 for pruning and removals. Health/Risk Assessments and reports can be performed by our ISA certified arborist for an hourly fee. This fee will be waived if any of our other services (pruning, removal, fungicide/fertilizer treatments) are used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will contact the customer to set up a site visit. During this visit one of our tree care managers will walk the property and asses the work that is to be completed. We will take photos and answer any questions that the client has. Second, we will type up an official proposal and email this to the client within 24 hours of the site visit. Finally, if the customer accepts the proposal, we will put them on the schedule for the next available opening. Our crew will come out on that date to perform the work agreed upon. After completion, one of our tree care mangers will follow up with you regarding payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is led by ISA certified arborists with Tree Risk Assessment Qualifications. Our crew leaders have decades of experience in technical tree care work and are onsite at every job to ensure that your job gets done safely and timely.
