- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Window cleaning is priced based on the amount of windows in a building, the location and difficulty of access. Soft washing is priced based on the square footage of the building. Gutter cleaning is priced based on the amount of linear footage of the gutters, as well as height. Dryer vent cleaning is a flat rate of $85.00, any size home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically prefer to perform an on-site estimate to determine the amount of work necessary. After the initial estimate is completed, we set a time and date to perform service. We send email reminders to assure contact is kept with the customer every step of the way. On the date of service, our uniformed technicians arrive in lettered vehicles on time, every time. After service is completed, a walk-through is performed to ensure customer satisfaction.

We specialize in window cleaning and pressure washing. Servicing both residential and commercial buildings. We have serviced everything from single family residences, multi-million dollar mansions, and commercial buildings over 250,000 square feet.
