Being a DIYer, I became too confident and decided to “rig” something (plumbing- valve stems that didn’t match the existing pipes I had) during my bathroom remodeling project. So, over a year later I discovered I had a leak. Danny came in and listened intently to my description of what I had done and he then offered me a couple of scenarios on a fix and what we could try first. Long story short, he fixed my mess! He was clear and concise about the cost. I felt he was very thorough. In the end, I believe the cost was fair. This app only allows me to choose three things, but I would have also added “professionalism” and “promptness”. I am thankful that I decided to choose Drain to Drain and Danny for this plumbing repair. I actually met with two other companies and I did not get a good feeling that they understood what may be happening and they did not offer possible solutions as Danny did. Lesson learned — you can’t YouTube everything, Julie! And with plumbing, it’s always smart to hire a professional plumber.

We needed to have a leaky hose bin addressed. They came out quickly and gave an estimate. We were able to have them do the work immediately. There were no issues, the worked was professional and friendly. He replaced the hose bib quickly and we were all set. It was a great experience.
