I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

Very thorough analysis of my yard. Geno did a careful and complete treatment of my trees and shrubs. The cost was actually less than their online estimate. That tells me they're honest with integrity. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Better than Scotts or Massey for sure.

We originally contacted South Florida Property Management and Maintenance LLC to clean one of the small offices after we were tented for termites. We were looking for a new house and to sell a condo. We narrowed it down to two realtors and decided to work with Laura because she really understood the Coral Springs / Parkland communities and she was a full time realtor who was clearer passionate about realty. For selling the condo - she made recommendations on repairs / maintenance and overall staging and we ended up selling it within a week for the asking price. For buying the house - she was flexible in her availability to show homes, she helped identify pros and cons of different homes / communities and she was very helpful in negotiating - both negotiating the purchase price and also for concessions at closing. I’d recommend Laura to anyone.
