I have been in building for 40 years and have ways of saving you money for those little jobs around the house. I just charge for the material and my labor $30 per hour to help you save money. Richard did an amazing job under a stressful situation. The former owner had spot painted and the painting job was a mess. All rooms and trim had to be painted in a short amount of time. Richard went above and beyond the call of duty. I have since used his services for other handyman jobs around the house. He is very detailed and cleans up after himself. I would definitely recommend his services.

He is responsive, timely, and honest. His work is very good. He is very helpful and informative. He provided suggestions and options for what we needed done. For the work we requested, he charged an hourly rate. He works at a good pace, which is important to us with regards to value. He is our "go-to-guy" now for the things we can't or don't have the time or tools to do.

Rich is awesome. I highly recommend him. He shows up every time on time or early! He is eager to get to work. He never stops working. It is amazing what he can accomplish every day. I had him do so many different things and he was successful at everyone of them. Some things I had done were: fixing running toilet, lots of painting (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all my interior doors), replace electrical outlets & switches & door hinges, and put up hurricane shutters and after the storm he patched all my holes on the exterior, etc. He is very knowledgable. I wish I could hire him full time. Plus, my dog loved him very much. I will definitely call him again in the future.
