So far I've only had a few sessions with Shira, but she's helped me a lot with my recent romance woes. She's a great listener and does a great job of leading me to finding my own answers, without just telling me what she thinks I should feel/think/do. Talking with Shira has helped me to define what my wants and needs are in a relationship and she reminds me that I am worthy of all of those things. I believe her advice is sound and authentic. Shira was attentive, considerate and open. She put on a great event where I was able to meet other likeminded and similar people. I really enjoyed how she shared her own personal story and let down her walls which made it easier to share my own story and get vulnerable with her.
