I had a roof leak on my 15-year-old metal roof that showed up in my master bathroom. I posted the project on Thumbtack; Michael from 1st Call Repair immediately called and and then came out later that day. He went up on the roof, took photos, and talked to me about how they would repair it without trying to upsell or exaggerate the problem. His verbal quote was very reasonable; I received a written quote later that evening, which I approved. Three days later, the crew showed up with several team members and all of the equipment needed to do the repair. I received a text this morning with 42 before and after photos of the work and an invoice for the exact quote amount. Coincidently, it rained very hard all day today, and the leak is gone. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend this company!

Michael was timely and very courteous. Took time to explain what was needed for repairs. They took pictures before, during and after repair. That was very helpful to me because I can't get on the roof. This repair had been done before by different company. But I feel the repair was finally done right. Kudos to Michael and his crew.

He came out for an estimate the next day and his crew accomplished the work that week. The repair is surprisingly clean , smooth, and professional in appearance. Roof pricing depends on the roof type, access, height, leak location, materials, and how much damaged area we find. Our residential repair minimum is $650.
Common price factors include broken or discontinued tiles, flashing or valley work, fascia/soffit rot, flat roof details, and whether decking needs repair. Re-roof pricing depends on roof size, system type, code requirements, and deck condition.
After inspection, we provide a clear written proposal so you know what is included before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by inspecting the roof and the leak or damage area, then document what we find with photos. From there, we explain the practical repair or replacement options and provide a written proposal. When the work is complete, we document the finished repair with photos as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of roofing experience and have worked as a laborer, foreman, project manager, consultant, and contractor. Roofs Done Right is a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor, license CCC1334197.
