I could not have asked for a better officiant for our wedding. Sheena was absolutely amazing. From our first phone call, I knew that we were in good hands. She made us feel completely comfortable and always followed up at the right times to make sure our ceremony went flawlessly. Every person at our wedding commented on what a great officiant she was, our wedding coordinator said she was going to add her to her recommended list of officiants, and we even had people attending who will be getting married in the near future who said they would absolutely use her if they decided to get married in Florida. Sheena was absolutely flawless and she constructed an elegant ceremony after a few short conversations with us and made it absolutely perfect. My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony on the beach in Key West. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding Elopement Packages: $400+
Our officiant package includes:
- preparing a customized ceremony
- notarizing your marriage license
- mailing marriage license to the Clerk's Office
- guidance as to the name change process
Beach Permits will be additional. Decor options are available for e.g. Wedding Arch, Aisle Runner, Music, Rose Petaled Aisle, Chairs. We also have photographer/videographer available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call us :> We would love to have a conversation with you and find out your vision for your big day. We want to know the intricate details and prepare a ceremony that depicts who you are as a couple.
2. Based on our initial consultation, I will send you a proposal for your review. Once you review it, give us a call with any questions.
3. Sign your contract and Lock in your date with a 50% deposit. Final deposit is due 1 week prior to your wedding. (If financial difficulties have occurred, please let us know, and we will provide you with a payment plan that works for both of us) - we are willing to work with you.
4. It's official - You are a member of the Experience Love Events family. We will begin working on your ceremony and will forward over a questionnaire that will give enough information to create something that truly represents you as an individual and as a couple. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me through text, email, or a call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in Bermuda as a wedding planning assistant under 2 of the most prestigious wedding planners in the country. Being trained by the best of the best, set me on a path to success and we are still going strong 15 years later as one of the top companies in South Florida.
We have worked events in Bermuda, Bahamas, Jamaica, Georgia, New York, Mexico and of course Florida - each event that we do is a lesson in itself. Even though we have been in the wedding business for many years we never stop learning and improving ourselves and our business- It's who we are “Experience Love Events”.
