I am very disappointed they put a piece of the doorframe on that was damaged. At first it looked great, I was pleased. They told me not to close the door until the paint dried. The next day the door would not close. I have contacted them over 4 times in which they promised to come back to fix it. Since then I have not gotten any response. For charging $375 for a job I very well know could have been done way cheaper i gave them a chance. I like to support small businesses, not to be taken advantage of. I do not recommend at all. I am so displeased now if I even get a call back I do not want it. I have a new repairman that can fix it.

We must respectfully clarify that we did not install damaged material. The damaged sections identified in the approved estimate were removed and repaired using new replacement materials in accordance with the agreed scope.
We also apologize for missing the follow-up inspection due to an unexpected medical issue. We contacted you afterward and offered to return next Tuesday, but have not received a response. We remain willing to inspect the door and address any adjustment related to our work.
