It was unfortunate that I could only choose three qualities that I liked, because responsiveness and punctuality were definitely included as well. Eddy was absolutely AMAZING! He immediately became one of the family as I had an emergency plumbing issue where all of our bathrooms were out of order at my nonprofit agency and which we had an event the same day. Not only was the issue repaired, but fixed right in time before our event started. I truly appreciate Eddy and the CFL team!
