- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price reasonably. I adapt to your needs. The deposit we ask for is part of the payment. We can give rough estimate based on experience but if the customer wants an exact quote, we ask kindly to speak to us over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We want to schedule a phone call to listen and determine exactly the needs of the customer. 2) We will put together a quote based on those wants/needs and send out a contract. 3) We do ask for a booking deposit. 4) But most importantly we have open communication so that the couple to be can have exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay on top of modern trends. We have extensive training on how to listen and budget-keeping practices.
