Rich is a diamond in the rough. I’ve dealt with many handymen and other subcontractors over the years and his warm smile and easy going manner made us feel immediately at ease. He did an excellent job with our drapes and even showed us how the company that did our concrete subfloor in the room didn’t level it well. He was able to adjust the drapes so they looked balanced and hand beautifully. They are exactly what the room needed. He did an amazing job fixing two doors that moved a bit because our house recently resettled and put them off. They close perfectly now. In addition he moved a heavy box with a new rug and helped us put it down to smooth out. And he did all of that for only $125! He is prompt, professional and excellent (and works cleanly) and his rates are beyond reasonable. I got other quotes and his beat them. Considering all the extra he did for us we were grateful he made his rates and doing business with him so reasonable and easy. Finally, we saw some pictures of kitchens he did and were very impressed. We need to redo our kitchen and asked for his opinion. When we showed him the kitchen and what we wanted to do he gave us the reality of our situation now and the best options. When it’s time to redo our kitchen next year, he will definitely be the professional we call. Thanks Rich for all your help and experience! We’re so glad we finally found a professional like you we can trust to do the best job.
