This review is misleading. The customer booked what was described as a standard cleaning, but when we arrived, the property required a move-out cleaning. We explained that the scope of work was completely different and would require a revised price. Rather than perform a service under false expectations, we declined the job. We believe honesty and transparency are the right approach for both our business and our clients.
