Introduction
I’ve been in the fitness industry for 15+ years. I consistently work hard for my clients to figure out how to best get results for them. We do our work with a variety of work outs which include: resistant bands, dumbbells, barbell, bodyweight, trap bar, sled push, plyometric box, cable machine plus cardio machines. This is my first time working with a personal trainer and it's been a great experience. Tony has been very encouraging and fun to work with. He always makes sure you are comfortable and are doing the right form during workouts. He pushes you to do your best but not to the point of getting hurt and always follows up to see how you are doing. I'm very excited to continue my fitness journey.

Tony is one of the best trainers I have worked with. He focuses on exactly what I wanted to get out of the training sessions. He often follows up after the workout as well to make sure my body is recovering and takes into account for the next session as well.
