We do our work with a variety of work outs which include: resistant bands, dumbbells, barbell, bodyweight, trap bar, plyometric box, cable machine plus cardio machines. This is my first time working with a personal trainer and it's been a great experience. Tony has been very encouraging and fun to work with. He always makes sure you are comfortable and are doing the right form during workouts. He pushes you to do your best but not to the point of getting hurt and always follows up to see how you are doing. I'm very excited to continue my fitness journey.
