- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Within the painting and contracting industry, we understand that generally no two jobs are the same. That is why we try to obtain as many details as possible from each potential job by being honest and open with our clients, flexible in our approach, professional and always willing to improve the service provided to our customers. We examine the property/project to envision what precisely is entailed to achieve high quality results for our clients. This allows us to provide a satisfactory price to our customers and without the need of adding more charges at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Delivering the best quality of assistance to our new clients is the building block of strong, professional and lifelong customer relationships. We enjoy meeting our customers up close and personal and being attentive to know what they need done, which are their deadlines and what are their thoughts and concerns about the project to be done. We follow up with customers after meetings by phone, email, or even social media; send customers friendly reminders; and send customers monthly emails to keep them up to date with what’s going on at your company. And our flexible approach allows us to adapt to your requirements, whether that’s working out of hours or on weekends, whatever it takes to get the job done without interfering with you doing yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Juan Ocampo, Manager at Y. Nissi Construction) have worked in the construction business throughout my entire adult life, which is more than 15 years. In my early 20’s, I began training in the essentials of painting techniques for commercial and residential sectors and I never looked back ever since. Throughout the years I’ve gained experience and expertise, qualities that have adjusted me to the advancements in the painting and contracting industry, permitting me to always offer the best products to my clients.
