CONSULTATION
Each project begins with a Free Virtual/Over-the-Phone Interior Design and Decor Consultation. This is your opportunity to help me understand your interior design/decor project goals. During this initial consultation we will also discuss which package would be best for you and your project. I will then develop a proposal that outlines the scope of the project and design fees based on your package choice and home details.
I offer local clients (Greater Orlando Area) an optional In-Home Consult (Site Visit) to take measurements and discuss ideas for a small fee.
Before starting any project, please ensure you are well-aware of your budget, the required timeframe, your preferred design style, and your specific goals for the endeavor. Being clear about these aspects will help streamline the process and achieve the results you desire.
DESIGN
Now familiar with your program and vision for your project, I will draft a concept design for your property. I will provide you with mood boards and color palettes. There may be some back and forth during this phase as I strive to create a concept that fits your vision.
INSTALL
Once your design is approved, it’s time to execute. Most clients prefer white-glove delivery and installation service. Final touches involve assembly, installation, and staging of all furnishings and decor. This can be arranged to be as close in time as possible but project size depending, and due to various merchandise lead times, can vary dramatically between pieces. All related services will be provided including delivery and receipt, set up, installation, and trash/haul away.
*EMPTY TO READY FULL HOME PACKAGE*
I offer a premium “empty to ready” full home package that goes from all aspects of furnishing and decorating as previously outlined, down to the additional ordering, laundering and setting of all linens, kitchenware, bathroom set-up and toiletries, and a custom coffee bar/area in kitchen or other appropriate setting if desired. Your property will be fully stocked with all necessities and other fun amenities and ready to list. This is a fantastic option as you prepare your short-term rental property investment for launch. Let me take care of every detail so you don’t have to!*
*Properties must be in move-in-ready condition. If any move-in cleans or improvements need to be made, please discuss this with me because this may affect the timeline and cost of staging/install and project completion!
Please note: For projects located outside the Greater Orlando Area, additional travel and lodging fees will be applicable. These prices can vary by project location and will be determined in your provided project proposal after your initial consultation.
In addition to cleaning, organization and design services, I offer Co-Host options for your short-term rental investment in the CFL area.
