Techkens Home Security is the gold standard! They did an amazing job installing our three security cameras and doorbell. They really thought outside the box, even going to the local hardware store to get custom parts to make sure everything fit our house perfectly. They were very patient while teaching us how to use the equipment and they cleaned up every bit of their trash. We are telling all our friends and family to use Techkens because they truly care about doing the job right! Hire them!

Mr. Woodly arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. I was impressed that he extended his service hours to accommodate me as I had a short time window to have the job completed. we always work we customer on price depend on the type of work , the service we are offering and the customer's budget .we try to balance so both sides will be happy and satisfy on the final price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We survey the work place or propeety and listen carefully to the clients .try to understand clearly their needs, expectations and make some suggestions if needed..Be on the same page .set up a specific date and time for the project to be started and completed .
Be there on.time and make the job is done well clean and satisfactory for the customer to happy and for us to be proud .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Computer Network Operation and I a Florida Certified Home Security Installer.. I have been working in the system over 15 years .I do Cabling and wireless internet system boost. fiber optic Certified from SCTE.cable system certified Tech
