Colleen G. says, "10 out of 10 I highly recommend! I had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. The entire basement was flooded and water was pouring out of the hot water heater. The water was up to my knees and that when I realized all my memories were being destroyed. I had recently moved to the home and I still wasn’t finished unpacking everything. There were multiple boxes on the floor that had all my children’s school work, baby pictures and so many important memories. I was in a complete panic. I started calling plumbers frantically but the only one that actually responded was Oracle. I thought they would tell me I had to wait till the morning but they jumped right to action, helped me to calm down and assured me they would be there shortly and they were. I told the gentleman please save the kids stuff if you can and he made it a top priority. He had children to he said he understood how important those things were. After the repair he actually helped me salvage what I could. If it wasn’t for him I would have lost everything. I fully expected a very high bill given the situation but I was very surprised at just how reasonable it was. This company doesn’t just do good business, they are good business and great people. Forever grateful for their services. If you are looking for a great plumber your search should stop here. They act with integrity and care about their clients."See more
