Servpro was called through my Homeowners Insurance and they sent Frank and Alejandro who set everything up with all the machines necessary to extract the water and moisture. They were here in a timely fashion and were professional. Tomorrow will follow with the manager to identify the damage.

In October 2025, our family learned of my father-in-law's passing. He was home alone and passed in the guest bathroom. We were devastated and traumatized at the thought of this, especially since we had just lost my mother-in-law that May to breast cancer. SERVPRO of Osceola County handled us with the best care. Working with them each step of the way eased our anxiety. It started with Richard Augustine. Richard made the process of the bio clean up so smooth. He was professional, taking the time to explain the entire process and communicated with us often, which was extremely helpful given we are not in town. He was even able to complete the cleanup process in enough time to allow the family to at least enter the home when we arrived in town for the Celebration of Life ceremony.The transition from cleanup to restoration was super smooth. Derek Brown, our Reconstruction Project Manager was amazing. We were able to send him photos of the materials we wanted to go back into the bathroom and he and his crew made "magic" happen. The guest bathroom looks better than it ever did. The quality of the work, from the demo, to reconstruction and even clean up was top tier. The entire team deserves all the kudos we can offer. You really did your thing! You took what could have been a room full of tragedy and turned it into something beautiful instead.
