- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on your needs. we do interior and exterior, we offer a military discount. we also offer a discount for multiple services per year
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after the initial contact is made, we come out for a quote in person. if there his no ability to come in person, we will request pictures through a phone or email and price it. that way. after the job is agreed upon, we will schedule a date. then the day before we reach out to remind the customer Mary that we will be there at a certain time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
our technician s including our owner have over 16 years experience in the business and we currently use modern equipment with minimal ladder use and eco-friendly products
