Aaron is a great coach and mentor. I vastly improved my swing from the coaching he gave me. Through simple terms I could understand and remember, he was able to explain what I should be doing, seeing, and feeling when hitting.

I am back in Professional baseball because of Mike Keady. Mike completely got me to change my mechanics and I’ve been staying healthy ever since. I’ve put in hundreds of hours to get to where I’m at. I still work with him every other day during the off-season and call him during the season for the occasional tune-up.

Aaron is amazing. I told him exactly what I wanted to work on and in one session I made tremendous progress. He is very knowledgeable and a very good teacher. He had a great sense of humor and I had fun while I was learning. He was also very constructive and motivating!! I highly recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking to improve their skills. I am a softball player and he had no problem transferring his skills to meet my needs! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because he deserves it!

      About

The physical mechanics of both baseball and softball is guaranteed to improve performance. The proper mechanics improves performance, drastically reduces errors and injury. It improves throwing, accuracy and speed for all positions, especially pitching. Proper mechanics makes bunting easy; batting for consistency and power through the proper use of your whole body. Stop being an arm swinger and become a power hitter.

      About

Baseball is my business. I coach and offer private instruction. I will coach for the rest of my life. This is not a job, it is my passion. I look to help young boys become men through baseball. It is my firm belief that through sports we can help teach responsibility and dedication.

      About

I teach the proper physical mechanics of pitching (throwing), hitting and especially bunting, catching (especially ground balls) as well as proper base running (stretching singles into doubles and doubles into home runs).
