Very Friendly! I needed a year old red wine stain removed from porous unsealed stone which I thought was probably impossible to begin with. They weren't able to get all of it out so they did not charge me. I didn't expect that at all! Very kind of them. I'm sure they could get any other stain out and I would hire them again.
