At a very young age back home in North Carolina he learned first hand the secrets of BBQ. That is where his love for culinary arts began. After Graduating with a Bachelors in Hospitality and Business, he then moved to California’s San Gabriel Mountain Foothills of Pasadena where he furthered his education and career as a classically trained Le Cordon Bleu Fine Dining Chef. He spent his time gaining experience cooking at home style family restaurants, French Bistro’s, and ultimately becoming an Executive Chef of an LA Country Club for over 5 years before moving back to the East Coast to marry his wife Mandi. He currently continues his culinary adventures Serving to the Palm Beaches and surrounding counties. Chef B has had, and continues to have many satisfied clients in the private Culinary industry. His book of business spans from weddings, corporate catered events, house held special occasions, and Home Meal Delivery . Chef B thrives on taking on new clients and creatively tending to their individual desires of delicious and innovative healthy cuisine. He is a creative, passionate individual, that’s grateful to wake up each day and do what he loves! There is nothing "Cookie Cutter about us, no shortcuts and in his 23 years of kitchen experience he’s learned that "people" (Clients) are the foundation from which success is built upon, and with that in mind, that's what we are here to do, make YOUR event and meals the best experience imaginable! We do NOT believe in processed or frozen foods, everything we do down to the mayo, salad dressings, BBQ sauces etc.. is created from scratch by Chef B’s own hands and it is my absolute pleasure to do so! As a teenager I was roasting hogs, smoking chickens and preparing feasts for tailgates and neighbors. We will do all the shopping early in the morning, getting only the freshest ingredients from local farmers markets, Fishmongers, and Butchers. Chef B has Cooked for and orchestrated thousands of events over his lifetime as a professional Chef, including private dinners, Bar Mitzvahs, Weddings (Large and Small), Remote location events, Extravagant wine diners and so much more! For larger events and catering we facilitate as much or as little of the event planning as your desire. Communicating swift and effectively with menu creation, pairing, tasting, and execution of your event. We also have a fully equipped rental partner and catering kitchen access so ensure we can take on parties of ALL shapes and sizes! We are currently serving the Palm Beach and Broward County in South Florida.
