Having a chance to meet and access the project. Pics are worth a thousand words but being there is priceless! Always ask about pets or little ones who could sneak out while working! Get a better list to be fully prepared upon start of project.

I believe the pro should ask them the proper questions prior to first meet and greet to be better prepared. Save time. Be thorough and knowledgeable as a preemptive step .
