What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your space and what you need cleaned (size, number of rooms, and any special requests) I then provide a clear quote before scheduling. On the day of service, I arrive on time, bring my own supplies unless otherwise arranged, and do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience ;I worked as a housekeeper at The Club at Admirals Cove, a private golf club, where I learned professional cleaning standards and how to interact with clients. Since then, I've built on that foundation with over 2 years of experience cleaning homes and offices, continuously improving my skills on the job.
