- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my service on the quality of work I offer, not how long it's going to take me to finish the job. I charge what is fair , for both customers and i.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we set a day and time to meet. I ask how can I help , I listen and answer questions the a customers may have or what type of service they need. if the customer needs mowing or trimming I can usually give a price right away . if they need new landscaping, sod ,mulch or plants installed I usually give them a ROUGH ESTIMATE on how much it could cost them, an get back to them with an accurate Estimate. if I get an OK, we set a time and day to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all the training and experience I have, I learned it on the field. the company I worked for was strict on safety and on work performance. I applied that knowledge when I'm on the job, and it has been very useful.
