I’m very pleased with Jose. He's so professional, he takes his time, and cares about his work. He does not rush! I loved that he used pruning shears on the jasmine, and bougainvillea and not an electric chainsaw! He knows the proper things to use. He really knows what he’s doing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my service on the quality of work I offer, not how long it's going to take me to finish the job. I charge what is fair , for both customers and i.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we set a day and time to meet. I ask how can I help , I listen and answer questions the a customers may have or what type of service they need. if the customer needs mowing or trimming I can usually give a price right away . if they need new landscaping, sod ,mulch or plants installed I usually give them a ROUGH ESTIMATE on how much it could cost them, an get back to them with an accurate Estimate. if I get an OK, we set a time and day to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all the training and experience I have, I learned it on the field. the company I worked for was strict on safety and on work performance. I applied that knowledge when I'm on the job, and it has been very useful.
