FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every job transparently — materials at actual cost, labor at fair market rates, and one overhead charge to cover insurance and business expenses. No hidden fees, no surprise change orders. Every estimate includes dumpsters, permits (at actual county cost), and mobilization so you're never caught off guard. We also offer free roof inspections and will walk you through the estimate line by line so you know exactly what you're paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call or message to understand what's going on with your roof. From there we schedule a free on-site inspection — we'll get up on the roof, take photos, and assess the condition. Within a day or two you'll receive a detailed written estimate that breaks down materials, labor, and any extras like permits or dumpsters. Once approved, we pull permits, schedule the crew, and keep you updated from tear-off to final inspection. We handle the county inspection process so you don't have to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a Florida State Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1330250) and maintain all required insurance and bonding. Our team has hands-on training across tile, shingle, metal, and flat roof systems including TPO, PVC, and built-up roofing. We work with manufacturer-specified systems from Duro-Last, Versico, GAF, Drexel Metals, and others, and we stay current on Florida Building Code requirements including High-Velocity Hurricane Zone standards for South Florida.
