- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One of the practices we follow that makes us stand out from our competitors, we listen to you and we communicate with you. We have heard numerous times from our clients that other graphic designers / web programmers just don't communicate well enough, or at all. We understand the importance of customer service and always strive to make sure our customers are happy. It is a simple thought, but a difficult task for some.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That each and every project we produce, we treat it as if it were our own company or vision and have many times referred to launching large campaign as giving birth. It is hard work for a period of time, but in the end, we are always very proud and will help promote our client if we come across someone who needs their product or service.
