Jessica is a good life coach. She helped me get back on track when I was unemployed and inspired me to start my own online business. She did cancel a session for her other job but overall the value was worth what I paid for and sessions were uplifting.

Jessica was an incredible teacher!! Her intuitive and understanding nature was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable doing yoga. She made the experience so inspiring and really fun. She actually made me like yoga again. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Normally I go to yoga classes simply to get a good workout and reset my mind and energy. But when I experienced Jessica‘s class, it was an entirely new experience altogether. Not only did she Bring some serious skills to the table when it comes to teaching mental focus and relaxation, but she helped me take my breathing game and positioning to a whole new level. her energy was so positive and after the class, I was ready to take on the day, and ready to take her class the very next day.
