- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. each client is different, and requires different levels of services. I also consider individual budgets when working with someone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically want to know what are the expectations of my customer. I like to get a feel for what it is they want and need. I work with them to fins the beat options for their event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy cooking, and making others happy through food and desserts. I have a large family, and would always be put in charge of cooking. Word of mouth spread and CandyCakes was born.
