Carlos was very plesant & professional. My computer had a virus that required extensive research and repair. Carlos came to my home and discovered he needed to research the problem further and advised me that he would do so and send me an email on what He found. He emailed me within 2 hrs of leaving my house and made further arragements to come back to resolve the issue. When He came back He still encountered problems but was very thorough and determined to get the problem resolved. He was extremely resonable with his price which the same price he quoted. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs computer repair.
