- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain all certifications from Microsoft, Dell, and HP. If we are not certified in a particular area, we probably can still do the work but we let the client know up front. If a rare case, if we are not able to fix a issue then there is no charge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We repair iPhones, iPads, and iPods on a daily basis along with a few computer repairs. From a broken screen to a home button and water damage as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your provider has the right certifications and can also talk to you in a simple way so that you can understand what he/she is doing on your network systems.
