I contacted this place through Thumbtack. It was quite easy to setup and feedback was great. I repaired my iPad Air here, there was a delay in shipping the parts because of bad weather out west but the owners contacted me and updated me on the progress. Blue Fish provides the best value of any IT repair service I've tried while in Florida. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We maintain all certifications from Microsoft, Dell, and HP. If we are not certified in a particular area, we probably can still do the work but we let the client know up front. If a rare case, if we are not able to fix a issue then there is no charge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We repair iPhones, iPads, and iPods on a daily basis along with a few computer repairs. From a broken screen to a home button and water damage as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure your provider has the right certifications and can also talk to you in a simple way so that you can understand what he/she is doing on your network systems.
