FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the lowest price guaranteed. If you find a better offer, let me know! I'll match it. My main concern is providing quality of care to animals. I also offer special deals via Facebook. These include free sessions, boardings, discounts on services, and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend time getting to know them and their animal. I also like to know that I am going to be preparing the most appropriate plan or program for their animal, so I gather as much information as I can prior to meeting them in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied Applied Behavior Analysis for over 5 years. I am certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. I have my major in Psychology and my minor in Applied Behavior Analysis for my undergrad. I am also in my master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis and I just have a year left. I am certified as an instructor in Professional Crisis Management, and I have also worked directly with animals within my own company for over 2 years now. I am fluent in behavior modification and using positive techniques that do not implement any forceful interventions. I pride myself in my knowledge of behavior analysis and also the understanding of several methods that could apply to the same behavior so that if one method does not work, then I have the knowledge and ability to apply a different method that would be more effective.
