- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an on-site consultation, where we evaluate the size of the home, surface conditions, preparation requirements, and overall scope of work. We then discuss your goals, color selections, and product options, ranging from quality mid-grade paints to premium high-performance coating systems.Once the evaluation is complete, we either take the information with us and send you the estimate by text message and email or provide a detailed estimate outlining the recommended preparation procedures, products to be used, scope of work, and project investment. Our goal is to ensure complete transparency and deliver exceptional workmanship, durable finishes, and a professional experience from start to finish.We take pride in our attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction on every project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 13 years of hands-on experience in the painting industry, specializing in interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, and wood staining. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with leading paint manufacturers, including Sherwin-Williams, and continuously stay informed on new products, application methods, and industry best practices. I regularly test and evaluate new coatings to ensure they deliver both exceptional appearance and long-term performance. While many paint jobs may look good initially, true quality is measured by how well the finish holds up over time. That is why I focus on proper preparation, premium products, and proven application techniques to provide results that last for years. In addition, I have access to manufacturer representatives and product specialists who assist with technical recommendations for interior, exterior, cabinet, floor, and wood stain applications. This allows me to provide the best solutions for each project and deliver the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
