Mr. Willan came to evaluate my floor issue. Even though we did not end up hiring him, he did give us good advice as to how to proceed, and gave us tips on how to address the issue. Mr. Willam responded to my request very quickly and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time for the estimate and was able to do the job at that time. He worked efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job on an old floor.

I asked Tim for an estimate to replace some scratched laminate flooring. He came the next day and after looking at the floor told us that we could probably remove the scratches by scrubbing them with soap, and an abrasive brush and muscle. He demonstrated on a small part of one of the scratches. Using his advice and technique I was able to remove the scratches without replacing the pieces of flooring saving time and money. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I would highly recommend Tim for a flooring project.

Hardwood installs 2.5 per ft / Laminate flooring 2.5 per sq ft! most old flooring like like old carpet and pad there would be a haul off fee depending on how much
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I give quote I will follow up and make sure if i didn't get job, That customer is taken care of and is satisfied

Been to Ed school for certification's for hardwood & Laminate flooring
