FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it transparent—no surprise fees hiding under the rug. Weekly poop-scooping starts low (because your dog’s business shouldn’t break the bank). First-time cleanups or major yard rescues may cost a bit more—fair warning, we’ve seen some battlefield-level backyards. Ongoing clients get loyalty pricing, and referrals = free scoops for both of you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick intro + quote (text, call, or online form). 2. First visit: we assess the yard or space, knock out the cleanup, and set your schedule. 3. If it’s house or Airbnb cleaning, we confirm preferences (products, sensitive areas, pets on-site). 4. Follow-up to make sure you’re thrilled—not just satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between our team, we’ve done certified sanitation training, safe chemical handling, and hospitality-level Airbnb prep. We’re also locals—so we’re fluent in Lakeland HOA drama and the art of keeping lawns neighborhood-board-approved.
