- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing so there are never hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Quotes are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed. For new Lakeland clients, we’re currently offering $50 OFF your first clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation about your home and your priorities. Our team brings all supplies and equipment. We always do a short walk-through before starting to confirm what’s most important to you, and a final walk-through at the end to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in all aspects of residential cleaning, from detailed deep cleans and move-outs to recurring upkeep. We follow proven systems and checklists so every clean is consistent, thorough, and up to professional standards.
