I'm very fair, and much less expensive than the Blue and Yellow store!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give them a call and have them give me a brief description of the issue, at which time I schedule them and give them a price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was with Geek Squad for 6 years, 4 inside the store, and 2 years in home.
