- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO HIDDEN FEES. EVER. The price you see is the total price for an all day rental including: Delivery Setup/Takedown Cleaning/Sanitizing Taxes Credit Card Processing Our discounts - 1) Loyal Customer Discount: Repeat customers get an instant $25 off ! 2) Bundle Bounces: Order more than one bounce and receive $50 OFF each additional bounce. 3) Extra Rental Time: Rent a bounce for more than one (1) day and receive $50 OFF every additional day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very easy process. Step 1 - Request a quote or book directly through Thumbtack. We accept Credit/Debit Cards for the initial $100 deposit to secure your bounce for the party date. The remaining balance is due the day of the party. Step 2 - We deliver the bounce in the morning before your party starts. We clean, sanitize & secure the bounce. Step 3 - All day fun! Keep the bounce all day, no need to worry about extra time or fees. Step 4 - We come and pickup the bounce after your party ends in the evening, or the next morning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We personally have done bounces for over 10 years giving us the experience needed to setup & secure a bouncy house. We use large 18″ stakes to secure the bounce to the ground. If the bounce is going on asphalt or gravel, we use a tarp and multiple 40 lbs sandbags at each corner to secure the bounce in one place. For larger bounces, we may use up to 10 stakes or 14 sandbags! We make sure the bounce is cleaned & sanitized before every use. During cleaning, we inspect every part of the bounce for safety and proper function. Always have an adult supervisor, no more than 8 kids at a time (depending on the bounce), no shoes, no sharp objects, no food or drinks, and no silly string. Don’t operate during thunderstorms, rain or if wind speeds exceed 15mph. As long as all safety measures are followed, rest assured your bounce will be secure from the moment we set it up to the moment we pick it up!
