CaSha is the ONLY Private Chef service I will ever use for my large snd small events. Cassandra snd Sharon are incredibly flexible and accommodating, even to last-minute changes and special requests. Sharon was so amazing to work with. From the very beginning she was so helpful and she became to feel like a old friend. She was newer to the business when I booked her and was still figuring out her process (contracts and setting up tasting) but she pulled off everything like the culinary queen she is. On December 7 of 2019 my husband and I got married. I had around 105 guests at my wedding. I wanted a unique and personalized experience for my wedding so I pick a very different kind of venue. It did not have the normal stuff most traditional venues have and was primarly held outside. I had 5 different stationary apps, two full buffets with different cusines (italian and spanish), as well as a salad/bread set up and probably my favorite a mini dessert table. From the beginning she was willing to work with my budget. She personallly worked with me to create a very yummy and exciting app and buffet menu. During that time, she was so attentive that I feel like I spoke to her more than my wedding planner. I did extensive research for my wedding caterer and she was hands down the most affordable and provided the most options for your money. She is a smaller business but that means she really cares about her customers and making sure you get exactly what you want. The tasting was amazing and she even made enough for a few of my family member to participate in the tasting too. She came to the venue the morning of to finish up prepping everything. She along with all her staff were fun and friendly. It was amazing smelling all the wonderful smells from the kitchen as we got ready. I asked her to put some apps aside for me and my fiancee which she did without problems. Although she came to the venue to make she it had everything she needed, she was unable to see the full kitchen at no fault of her own. So that morning she realized that the kitchen didnt have everything she needed (the stoves only used certain pots) but despite this she still pulled off a beautiful meal for our wedding. My favorite app items were her risotto balls (or even just the risotto), the jack daniels meatbals apps, the main item were her meatballs, pulled pork, pulled green chili chicken and for desserts her champagne cupcake (people who dont even like cake liked them), creme brulee, and chocolate moose voties. Everyting was good but I highly recommend these items. She also provide lemonade, tea, and fresh friut water. Im sad to say I dont have any pictures of her food but all I can say is that it was a feast. I would personally recommend Sharon the Culiary Queen for any future events.

“Wow!” is all I have to say about this dynamic duo!!! Cassandra and Sharon are true professionals and make incredible dishes. They are quick to respond and will give great suggestions based on their vast experience. We had a private party of 25-30 people and 100% of our guests give them a 10 out of 10! We are utilizing CaSha for weekly meal prep. We love that we are given the option to use organic ingredients. They are extremely concerned with our dietary choices. We love clean delicious food and they have exceeded the mark every single time! They even make sure to deliver us a hot meal on delivery day which is a very welcome bonus. We opt for creative healthy breakfast add on’s as well, which is extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend (not as healthy but the very reason I called to try their service), is the family recipe sausage bread and marinara. Just top notch exceptional service, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Chef Sharon was the perfect choice for my parents surprise 60th wedding anniversary dinner for 10. From the start was full of passion and ideas for the menu. She made the whole process incredibly easy. I live overseas and she communicated via Whats App sending photos of meals to help decide on the 4 course selection. We spoke many times by phone to secure the final details. She is wonderfully personable and full of energy! The guests absolutely loved the dishes and the presentation was 5 star. As I could not attend, she sent a photo to me of each course as it was being plated and served. I would highly recommend The Culinary Queen for any private dinner and I look forward to when I can hire her again. Thank you Chef Sharon and the team - simply amazing meal and service!
