I'm 80 years old and have dealt with countless dozens of appliance technicians over my life. Max has to be my #1. I contacted him about my microwave not working and he came out a few hours later. He took down my over the stove microwave and started testing everything. Unfortunately the part to repair it was $220. He told me it would be better to just buy a new microwave. He took the old microwave and threw it away. He had another appointment and told me to buy a new one and then let him know. I went to Lowes and bought a new one and let him know. About an hour later he was back again and installed the new one in just a few minutes. His communication skills and keeping in contact with me were nothing short of excellent. BTW-the repair part was $220 and the new microwave was normally $349 but on sale for $229. So I ended with a brand new microwave for $9 more than the repair part. Max is completely knowledgeable with any appliance and most importantly is completely honest and fair in his pricing. I would give him a 10 star review if that was possible.

Max responded within minutes provided an estimated time of arrival. He texted when he was leaving from his previous appointment to inform me it was a 40 minute drive to my home. Max arrived just three hours after my initial call and went straight to work and repaired the dryer within an hour. He also made a quick repair to the washer. Communication was great and the price was right. As a very satisfied customer I will not hesitate to call him for repair needs in the future.
