- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend starting with a quick phone call for easy communication. Text is fine as well if absolutely necessary. We'll ask about the type of cleaning you need, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you'd like service, and any specific requests. We also verify the condition of the home to ensure accurate pricing since our rates are based on both size and condition, the more details you provide, the better!
