Carib Fusion Catering, we blend the vibrant flavors of Caribbean cuisine with global influences, telling the story of indigenous agriculture through each dish and cocktail. She’s amazing! We’ve had an excellent experience both times we’ve hired her for a private dinner. Great communication, really listened to our requests and flawless delivery of services. On top of the excellent service provided, her culinary skills, ability to seek out the freshest ingredients and create a magical experience are to die for!! I’m quite the foodie and would hire her again. This attached photo of a fresh scallop crudo was my favorite dish so far!

I recently used Chef Divine & Co to host a dinner party at my home. They have wide variety to select from and chef Ashley worked with my color theme and designed a beautiful meal from appetizers to desserts. My guests were so impressed and we were stuffed. I love the personalized attention and the attention to detail that went into making my friend’s 50th birthday a memorable occasion.
