Chef Anthony, I cannot begin to thank you and your team appropriately for the gift you gave to my family on Fathers Day and my Mom’s birthday. You are incredible at your craft! The food was extraordinary and our experience beyond our expectation. I found you online and rolled the dice for a way to celebrate my aging parents in style at their home. I wasn’t sure what to expect, you helped me build the perfect menu and WOW you blew us away with the quality, taste, plating of our meal, the manner in which you managed my Mom’s kitchen and your team, and the service of Brian and precious Marie Claire. Every single person at our table is still raving about you, the food and the experience. I could not have picked a more perfect way to celebrate than partnering with you. Honoring my parents and family is important to me and I sure did find the absolute BEST in you. You Sir will see us again. Anyone who reads this review ... do yourself a favor and hire Chef Anthony! Chef Anthony was amazing! From the planning of our menu to the execution of our meal everything was incredible!!! He showed up on time, he brought everything he needed to create a delicious meal for my bachelorette party, and most importantly everything was so tasty!! I highly recommend hiring chef anthony. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for more meals!

Thank you so much to Hats Off Catering and Chef Anthony; They did a birthday brunch for me in Florida. Communication was outstanding, we discussed the brunch menu, and it was agreed upon with the group of 5 girls. We were all very excited, and the food was GREAT. Chef Anthony is kind and has excellent communication. We planned an early morning boat ride, and Chef Anthony accommodated our schedule by coming by earlier. When we arrived by home, we had a great deal of food; all presented very well. Thank you so much for your professionalism; we really enjoyed the meal.
