- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are shopping around and price hunting, know that I will not be the cheapest. I am proud to offer a high quality service that I know will get results when the effort is put in. I do provide discounts based off of training frequency, something we will discuss in our consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a meeting (phone/in-person) to discover what you are looking to achieve and what got you to the point you are at now to establish if I am the best fit and can actually help. During this call, we will also discuss details related to what I have in mind for your workout programming, nutrition, schedule, equipment, pricing, etc.
