As a woman, completely out of her depth when dealing with concrete walls, John was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Needed to update my security system before leaving the country and John was able to accommodate my schedule. I had company coming over and he was kind enough to split the job over two days which was greatly appreciated. He installed the system and made sure everything worked before leaving. I wi definitely use his services again on future projects.
