At first I felt somewhat bad about giving this a one star review. Maybe the staff member was having a bad day. But after this review, the owner posted a response to make people think my device was modified or stolen. That is far from the truth. So beware, if you post a bad review on here, the owner will make up a lie to try and mask the real problem. So here is the the truth. My PlayStation was not reported stolen and was never modified. I purchased it at a retailer like everyone else.I asked this business to fix my playstation 4 optical drive since the disk was stuck.The following responses were given to me.1. We are to busy2. We don't know if we can fix itI asked to replace the optical drive and the following responses were given to me1. I don't know if we can do that.2. We don't carry the part.3. You should try to live without it like I do.I do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately We cannot repair video game consoles which have been reported stolen or previously repaired by the customer.

I first learned about The Electronic ER approximately two years ago. Since then, I have purchased a computer and other equipment from The Electronic ER and have been very pleased with the quality of the equipment and customer service. Natalie has been to my home twice for tutoring sessions. What a delightful, knowledgeable young lady! I'm a senior citizen and not that tech savvy. However, after a couple of sessions with Natalie, I feel like a pro. I'm an avid reader and wanted to learn how to download books from Amazon and from my local library. I wanted to learn how to transfer photos from my cell phone to my computer. There were several other things I wanted help with using my tablets and computer. Natalie helped me with all of that - I'm a happy camper!! I now have several new toys to play with plus I can do a lot more things with my tablets, Kindle, and cell phone than I ever knew was possible.. Natalie is wonderful young lady. I am very fortunate to have met her and have her as a tutor. I will definitely call Natalie for help again. I highly recommend her!!
