Coach Mike is an excellent coach. He brings lots of energy to the court and he is very smart!!! He works to keep the court clean as well!! Mike is also a student of the game and is constantly learning, which allows him to coach even better! He also has a nice topspin game off both sides (FH and BH) ! I highly recommend Coach Mike especially if you are looking for a great tennis lesson in Orlando Florida!!!!!!!!

Karleen is simply amazing. My mom and I have been taking semi-private lessons with her and we have enjoyed it so much. It's such a blast to do something active with my mom and I knew absolutely nothing about tennis but have a family full of tennis lovers so Karleen is helping me learn technique and about the sport in general and she is helping my mom brush up on her skills as well. SOOO glad we found her. Her schedule is flexible and rates are affordable so that we can do it weekly.

About

I graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and I am registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200 hours). I have been teaching yoga classes at a local gym, and I offer private and group yoga instruction as well. My classes are individualized and specific to your needs; we will spend some time discussing what your goals are and what you want to get out of your yoga practice before we begin our first session together. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga, no matter your fitness or flexibility level. I teach with a light-hearted approach and believe that yoga should be fun, relaxing, strengthening, and rejuvenating. I also like to incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques) into the practice, so you can take those with you outside of class, when you need a "breather." I work with all levels and all ages.

I am far different than most pros in many respects, but the two most important aspects that differentiate me, are the fact that I genuinely care about my students, and, I keep learning simple. While the majority of pros will abandon previous methods of teaching in favor of the latest approach, I do not. The problem with most teaching methods is that they are geared toward athletes, whether young kids in high school, or players trying to make it on the professional circuit. People all learn differently and not every approach works for every player. I don't believe in the one size fits all theory. A 45 year old house wife shouldn't be taught in the same manner as a 15 year high school tennis player. To do so would frustrate the housewife and she would eventually quit, or perhaps even injure herself.
